Family Fun Day at Holy Family

03 August 2008

The Holy Family parish in Swindon enjoyed a busy fun day which was held in the primary school.

This was the annual event run jointly by the parish and the school to raise funds.   The weather was kind, the rain held off and everyone had a good day.   This annual event is an excellent community day with school and parish members working together to make it a successful and enjoyable occasion.

The wide range of 36 stalls went from cakes, can shy, face painting, refreshments, pony rides, bouncy castle, junior quad bikes, bottle stall, plants, tombola, main draw, to name but a few!

Organiser Paul Thompson said, “It is good to see people of all ages working together for the community.”
