CAFOD Young Volunteer & Leadership Courses

The CAFOD Young Leadership and volunteer Courses are a partnership between CAFOD, CAFOD Clifton and Clifton Diocese Youth Ministry.

We work with Young People in years 10 (volunteer course) and 12 & 13 (leadership course) from our Catholic Secondary Schools and Colleges empowering them to be pioneers in Social justice in their school and college community and beyond.

The courses consist of four or five sessions spread across the academic year covering leadership skills, communication, project management, evaluation and skills analyses and development. The skills and experience gained are transferable to University applications and their future employment.

We use the CAFOD training model and examples of their work across the globe to inspire and educate the Young People involved.

The Young People are awarded a certificate of participation at their final gathering in Romero House, CAFOD head office in London.

To take part in this course please contact your secondary school or college.
